Tri·pot redefined grab-and-go comfort food by introducing North America’s first authentic Taiwanese luwei bar—a modern twist on traditional stewed street snacks. Guests select from a rotating lineup of braised meats, tofu, fish cakes, dumplings, vegetables, and noodles, all re-braised to order in our signature herbal broth.

Every bowl is fully customizable, with handcrafted sauces and condiments that create a tailored flavor experience. Designed as a fast-casual concept, Tri·pot delivers the richness of Taiwanese street food in a clean, efficient, and health-conscious format.

Delicious Cuisines quickly became a household name in Greater Vancouver, known for delivering authentic Taiwanese and Szechuan flavors with a modern edge. With a diverse menu of over 100 dishes—from sizzling seafood and hotpots to dim sum, small plates, and desserts—the restaurant earned loyal fans and critical acclaim across the local dining scene.

In 2018, the concept was successfully rebranded as JiangHu Taiwanese Pot & Wok Cuisines, marking a strategic evolution that continued to reflect the bold, comforting flavors and community connection that defined the original.
